Diary ~Drawing "Taverna" with a pacel of boys

August, 2007

I did a ton of work on the "Taverna" drawing yesterday and today; I had a whole pacel of boys over to work on the figures, which was very fun; today, more sedate, I worked on the curtain in the background. One of the models was Jesse, my assistant, another my favorite old standby Marcelito, and the third Bryson, Marcelito's new boyfriend, who is ridiculously cute. He had spent the night the night before and was already wandering around the house in the nude (he is very comfortable in the nude - he is a stripper at the Nob Hill Theater here in town, which was were Marcel met him), so I roped him in and had him spend the day modeling with my brother and assistant.
