I met Neil in New York last February – we met at a party,
and instantly hit it off (to read about our meeting and see some
pictures of our first date, click here A
Week in New York and
A Week in New York 2,) I saw him when I visited New
York again over the summer, but I really didn’t draw or
photograph him at all – in fact I hardly saw him, since
he was performing somewhere out of New York (he’s a 23 year
old dancer who studied at Juliard!)– we only met up for
one night at the tail end of my trip, and while it was a marvelous
and magical night I spent with him, it happened just the once,
and then I was off, regretfully, for my home in San Francisco.
I have thought of him often, always wishing that he was here –
and finally here he is, in San Francisco. We spent a week together
– a marvelous, beautiful, incandescent week, which is, so
sadly, ending tomorrow! But no one can say we didn’t take
advantage of our time together. After a first two days spent deliriously
in bed, we drew and painted day after day, and spent beautiful
nights cuddling and playing, and dancing nude about the house,
laughing up a storm. I miss him already – he is in fact
in bed this very minute, peacefully sleeping, as I write this.
I took a photo of him just a moment ago which is posted here below:
The following pages in the Diary will document some of the time
I spent with Neil, and our adventures over the short time we had
together.
Below, are some photos I took today, on our last day together.

The two photos above are of Neil dancing in a Greek tunic (or
chiton, as it was known by the Greeks), in which he posed for
these photos and some drawings. Below is Neil posing for an Academy
I did of him in the morning.

Goodbye Neil! I miss you allready!
Love,
Felix
