This card is the Three of Jade, which corresponds to the Three of Pentacles in the standard tarot. Here, a young artist is at work, while a nobleman confers with him regarding his creation. The idol the artist is working on is Xochipilli, the Young Prince of Flowers, King of Jade and god of flowers, springtime, art and dancing. They are in a temple roofed with flowers and bedecked with three great jade stones. This card represents artistry, noble ambition, and work well crafted. It is the card of artists and artisans. When reversed, it represented ill-crafted work, and failure in artistic enterprise.
