Diary ~ Pete and the Costume Wardrobe

Summer, 2005

 

Pete is a 20 year old straight college student who models for me quite often; he had access to the costume closet at a local art school (where I used to work too, actually - I spent many long and painful hours naked on this very stand), so we went in when class was out and raided the closet. I'll combine the poses I took with nudes drawn in the studio later.

I'm not sure how I'm going to use all of these pictures yet, but I think I might do some with soldiers bathing naked and surprised by what they think might be an enemy attack - skinny-dipping soldiers might be scrambling to get their guns, or scenes of friendly horse-play.

 

I like the pose to the right and above; I think I will work on some drawing in which he might be serenading a lovely boy in bed.
